Today, with over four decades behind the chair, Sharon is the Founder and Creative Director of Rogue Hair,Nails & Make Up. Color is her specialty, combining an artistic eye with customized formulas to create beautiful, dimensional looks that complement each client’s features, personality, and lifestyle. Her love for precision cutting and razor work brings the whole look together.
For Sharon, hair has always been an art form, and every client is a new canvas. She loves creating something personal that makes each guest feel beautiful and confident.
Equally close to her heart is education. Through mentorship, hands-on experience, and encouragement, Sharon helps Rogue’s emerging talent and established stylists strengthen their skills and find their own artistic voice.
Her curiosity and creativity are as strong as ever. There is always something new to learn, something new to create, and another artist to inspire.
She doesn’t just create hair. She creates artists.
When Sharon isn’t at Rogue—which isn’t often—she loves spending time with her husband, Leo, cooking, and creating in her arts and crafts room. From painting and resin work to ceramics, anything artistic brings her joy and relaxation.
