Salon Policies and Disclaimers

Cancellations and no-shows

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled service. No-shows are charged 100 percent of the scheduled service.

Booking and payment

A credit card is required to book any appointment. We accept all forms of payment. Please note a 3.5 percent convenience charge applies to all credit card payments.

In the salon

We work hard to keep a comfortable, relaxing environment for every guest. We kindly ask that you avoid phone calls during your appointment.

Service pricing and results

Final pricing on color, extensions, and other custom services may adjust based on your consultation and the time and materials used. We will always discuss any change before we begin. For our correction and refund terms, see our refund policy.
